Common Help Topics
Delete your account
Open the App and go to Profile › Delete Account, then confirm. This removes your personal information (email, name, password, and Apple/Google sign-in identifiers) and deactivates your account so it can no longer be used to sign in. We do not store your food photos, so there are none to delete. De-identified numeric records may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy. If you can't access the App, email support@stellandra.com and we'll help.
Restore purchases
If you previously subscribed and don't see Pro, go to the paywall or Profile and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID you used to subscribe.
Cancel or manage your subscription
Subscriptions are billed through Apple, so they're managed in your Apple ID settings — not inside Calorie Puzzle. On your iPhone:
- Open Settings and tap your name at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Select Calorie Puzzle, then choose to cancel or change your plan.
Cancelling stops auto-renewal; you keep Pro access until the end of the period you've already paid for. To avoid being charged for the next period (or after a free trial), cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
Import from MyFitnessPal
You can bring your weight history over from MyFitnessPal:
- In MyFitnessPal, export your data to a CSV file.
- In Calorie Puzzle, open the weight section and choose the Import from MyFitnessPal option.
- Select the exported CSV file to import your weight records.
If the import doesn't pick up your entries, make sure you selected the correct unit (lb/kg) and email us the file and we'll take a look.
