Delete your account

Open the App and go to Profile › Delete Account, then confirm. This removes your personal information (email, name, password, and Apple/Google sign-in identifiers) and deactivates your account so it can no longer be used to sign in. We do not store your food photos, so there are none to delete. De-identified numeric records may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy. If you can't access the App, email support@stellandra.com and we'll help.

Restore purchases

If you previously subscribed and don't see Pro, go to the paywall or Profile and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID you used to subscribe.

Cancel or manage your subscription

Subscriptions are billed through Apple, so they're managed in your Apple ID settings — not inside Calorie Puzzle. On your iPhone:

  1. Open Settings and tap your name at the top.
  2. Tap Subscriptions.
  3. Select Calorie Puzzle, then choose to cancel or change your plan.

Cancelling stops auto-renewal; you keep Pro access until the end of the period you've already paid for. To avoid being charged for the next period (or after a free trial), cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.

Import from MyFitnessPal

You can bring your weight history over from MyFitnessPal:

  1. In MyFitnessPal, export your data to a CSV file.
  2. In Calorie Puzzle, open the weight section and choose the Import from MyFitnessPal option.
  3. Select the exported CSV file to import your weight records.

If the import doesn't pick up your entries, make sure you selected the correct unit (lb/kg) and email us the file and we'll take a look.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need an account to use the app?
No. You can start using Calorie Puzzle anonymously without an email. When you're ready, you can upgrade to a full account (with email or Apple/Google sign-in) and your existing data carries over.
Are my food photos stored?
No. When you scan a meal, the photo is sent to Google's Gemini AI for real-time analysis and is not saved by us. We keep only the nutrition result you choose to log. See our Privacy Policy for details.
How accurate are the calorie estimates?
AI estimates are approximate. Calorie Puzzle is a wellness tool, not a medical device. For meals where you know the portion or ingredients better, you can correct the estimate, and the app remembers your corrections to improve future estimates for you.
What does the free tier include?
Free users get 5 AI photo scans per day. Upgrade to Pro for unlimited AI scans and Pro features. There are no ads in the app.
Does the app show ads or track me?
No. Calorie Puzzle does not show ads, does not use an advertising identifier, and does not track you across apps.
How do I turn off meal-reminder notifications?
Meal reminders are scheduled locally on your device — they aren't sent from our servers. To turn them off, open your device Settings › Notifications › Calorie Puzzle and disable notifications, or decline the notification permission when the app first asks.
I was charged but don't have Pro features.
Tap Restore Purchases while signed in to the Apple ID you used to subscribe. If it still doesn't appear, email us with your Apple receipt and we'll sort it out.
How do I request a refund?
Purchases are handled by Apple, so refunds are requested through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We're happy to help you with the process.
Can I export my data?
You can view all your data inside the app. For data requests or help with your records, email support@stellandra.com.
